#4 – take baby steps by doing little things for each other. Looking back at the beginning of your relationship, was there a bit of magic that you had? Like giving flowers for no particular reason, other than to say “hey, I love you, you know…and I’m thinking about you!”.

If your love is still there, underneath the routines and day to day stresses, then you have a real chance of breathing life back into what has become a stale relationship.

#5 – pick a date night every week and don’t allow other plans to come first. Granted, there may be times when you have to cancel but really try to stick to this one. This is a HUGE life changing tip for stale relationships and is the one that can really make the difference for the two of you.

Make this date extra special - don’t get into a rut and do the same thing or go to the same place every week. Try new things – and don’t be afraid to give a little. If your partner suggests doing something that you’re not all that interested in, give it a go anyway. But with the understanding that you’ll receive the favor in return sometime!

The whole idea is to spend quality time together every week.
